Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, a Division 1 and Big Ten Conference Institution, is seeking an Assistant Recruiting Coordinator for Personnel and Recruitment. This position will coordinate all aspects of the football program's recruiting efforts as it relates to evaluating, ranking, and recruiting top prospects from across the country.  It will also assist the coaching staff with their recruiting travel and serve as a host for top prospects and their guests while they are visiting campus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate all aspects of evaluating the top offensive/defensive/specialist prospects from the state of Pennsylvania, the northeast region, and across the entire country.

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or higher plus 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Familiarity with various recruiting software such as XOS, Radar and Hudl preferred.  Note that evening and weekend work and overnight travel will be required.

This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position also requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver's license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
