What We Want
The Senior Athletic Assistant, under general supervisions, is responsible for providing support to the Head Volleyball Coach or Assistant Volleyball Coaches as assigned.

Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three years of experience in athletic administration, volleyball recruiting, volleyball operation and/or volleyball coaching experience at high school or colligate level.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Proven knowledge of NCAA rules.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to use word processing, spreadsheet and database programs.
Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to plan and organize effectively.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others.

Responsibilities
VOLLEYBALL VIDEO:
Organizes and distributes all video.
Performs all other necessary duties involving the handling of volleyball video.

COMPLIANCE:
Maintains continual and thorough familiarity with all applicable NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations.
Establishes and ensures communication and enforcement of rules and regulations concerning student-athletes: conduct, appearance, road games, punctuality and other areas as deemed appropriate.
Maintains awareness of and supports initiatives of the Athletics Department.
Compliance is a shared responsibility.
Performs other duties as assigned.
