Brief Summary of Work for this Position

Attending special events and orientations on campus to promote

UNCW

Athletics.

Working with

SAAC

to coordinate all special events and off campus volunteer opportunities for athletes.

Act as a community relations contact with area your groups and elementary schools

Work closely with the Seahawk Club, Athletics Facilities and Events, and the Athletic Ticket Office for fan engagement related activities.

Other duties as assigned

30 hours per week ~ Monday – Friday – usually weekend or evening hours

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree

Previous experience within college athletics

Please note, this is a temporary position. The length of the assignment will be based on department need with the possibility of continuation. Temporary assignments cannot exceed 11 consecutive months without a full 31-day break from employment.
