Sports Performance Assistant- INTERN

Major Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of developing and implementing strength, speed/agility, conditioning, flexibility, mobility, and recovery protocols for the Valparaiso Athletics Program
• Provide weight room supervision
• Provide daily cleaning and upkeep of all equipment in weight rooms.
• Assist with and conduct performance and strength testing

Required Knowledge and Skills:

• Former experience in strength and conditioning at the collegiate level
• Certified in either NSCA or CSCCa or pursuing certification
