POSITION SPECIFICS
Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics, a Division I and Big Ten Conference Institution, is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Women's Lacrosse program to cultivate a positive training environment that encourages team building, accountability, discipline, work ethic and mentally and physically healthy student-athletes.
Responsibilities of this position include:
MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
Master's Degree 6+ years of relevant experience Required Certifications: Strength and Conditioning Coach Certification - Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association; National Strength and Conditioning Association
BACKGROUND CHECKS/CLEARANCES
This position requires the following clearances in addition to applicable background checks: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check. This position requires that you operate a motor vehicle as a part of your job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.
SALARY & BENEFITS
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $68,200.00 - $102,300.00.
