25% Performance Training: Assists the director and assistant strength coaches with performance training workouts 25% Facility Operations: Assists to ensure facility is properly maintained and addresses maintenance issues that arise Assists with daily cleaning sanitizing and equipment placement 50% Strength Conditioning Assistance: Assists with the daily set up and break down of the needed equipment for strength and conditioning sessions Contributes to a positive environment conducive to learning and safety while advancing program goals eliminating risks and ensuring compliance with NCAA rules

Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
ESSENTIAL PERSONNEL LEVEL:
Essential Support - In the event of an emergency closure or modified operations, this position is necessary to maintain/resume essential support functions, deliver direct care services, and/or provide recovery support before normal operations resume. Some positions in this category may be required to work remotely or be on-call.
