Job Summary :
Apply NowSouthern New Hampshire University is currently seeking a Student Worker as a Marketing Assistant for our Campus location to assist the Athletic Department with marketing needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the SNHU Associate AD and Marketing Coordinator in all aspects of daily operations.
Creating promotional plans for a particular varsity sport(s)
Organizing and implementing promotions, contests and other game day activities.
Planning and executing special events for students, fans, and youth groups.
Game day marketing management (including pre-game, in-game, post-game production)
Coordination of events and game day activities, including item distribution, contests, information/field table set-up, and on-field presentations.
Attend assigned home men and women’s basketball and men’s soccer games, as well as several hockey, women’s soccer, baseball, field hockey, softball, track & field events as well as select playoff events.
Brainstorming event ideas and creating plan of execution weekly.
Minimum Qualifications:
Enrollment in an Undergraduate or Graduate Day program at SNHU.
Work Study as part of their financial aid package.
Preferred Qualifications:
Photography experience
Marketing experience
Graphic Design experience
Work Hours:
A combination of office hours during the week, working games on nights and weekends, as well as putting up signage early in the AM and taking down in the evening.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
