Position Overview:
The Premium Services Gameday staff will be responsible for providing a first-class premium experience by delivering hospitable service to all donors and their guests. This position will assist with suite and club preparation prior to guests arriving, as well as, clean-up at the conclusion of games.
Essential Gameday Job Functions:
Conduct pre-game setup and post-game cleanup of all assigned premium seating areas.
Work closely with stadium partners (i.e. catering, cleaning, and event staff) to ensure seamless execution of services.
Address and resolve any service issues that may arise in assigned premium seating areas.
Operate club and suite level elevators.
Assist with gameday events and other service-related gameday duties as assigned.
