As a Football Video Coordinator, your primary role is to support the coaching staff by managing and organizing all video-related aspects of the football program. Your responsibilities will include:

• Video Analysis: Capture, edit, and catalog game footage, practices, and opponent's performances to provide valuable insights for coaching staff and players.
• Video Editing: Utilize video editing software to create highlight reels, scouting reports, and instructional materials for players and coaches.
• Film Exchange: Coordinate the exchange of game film with opposing teams, ensuring the timely delivery and receipt of necessary materials.
• Technical Support: Maintain and troubleshoot video equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition for practices, games, and meetings.
• Data Management: Organize and archive video footage, making it easily accessible for coaches and players to review.
• Game Day Support: Assist with setting up and operating video equipment during games, providing instant replay and analysis for the coaching staff.
• Player Development: Collaborate with coaches to create personalized video packages for player improvement and scouting purposes.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to NCAA rules and regulations regarding video recording and analysis.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the coaching staff and other support staff, ensuring seamless video-related operations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest video technology and analysis techniques to enhance the program's competitiveness.

This role is crucial in providing coaches and players with the visual tools and insights needed for game preparation, player development, and performance evaluation. Successful candidates should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of football strategy and terminology.
