The Talent Manager for Athletics is responsible for the comprehensive administration of human resources (HR) functions within the Athletics Department and acts as the primary liaison with the University’s Central Human Resources Office. This role also serves as the backup for monthly and bi-weekly payroll processing, supporting the department’s Payroll Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
This position plays a critical role in supporting the operational and strategic human resource functions within Athletics. It necessitates a proactive and knowledgeable HR professional capable of managing multiple priorities and ensuring compliance across all HR-related activities.
Must comply with NCAA, SEC and UK policies, regulations and guidelines.
