Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Skill in establishing rapport with internal and external constituents.

Knowledge of

NCAA

rules and regulations.

Effective communication skills.

Prior experience coaching at Division 1 university.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree with additional consideration for Master’s degree.

Job Description

Texas State Athletics is seeking applicants for the Team Operations Assistant position.

Job Duties

The Team Operations Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Head Baseball Coach in various administrative tasks. These duties include, but are not limited to:

Assisting with practice.

Attending functions as a representative of the program.

Assisting Head Coach with other administrative tasks.
