The Rutgers Division of Intercollegiate Athletics sponsors 24 intercollegiate sports, comprised of 14 women’s and 10 men’s programs, that compete at the Division I level. The Scarlet Knights are members of the prestigious Big Ten Conference, the nation’s premier academic and athletic conference, after officially joining the league on July 1, 2014. Known as “The Birthplace of College Football, Rutgers hosted Princeton on Nov. 6, 1869 in the first intercollegiate football game, with RU earning a 6-4 victory.

The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of previous experience creating video content for an athletic department, team, agency, production-house or media brand, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

| Certifications/Licenses |
- A valid driver’s license would be required for this position; Use of personal vehicle in order to travel for business demands.
|
| Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities |
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
|
| Preferred Qualifications |
- Three to five years of previous experience creating video content for an athletic department, team, agency, production-house or media brand.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition), Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), project management tools.
