Essential Job Functions:

Along with the head coach and assistant coach:

1.Implement a comprehensive recruiting plan for the identification and recruitment of qualified student-athletes.

1. Schedule games, make transportation and lodging arrangements for team travel.

2. Develop and implement plans and strategies for practices and competition.

Marginal Job Functions:

Monitor student-athlete's academic progression.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Understand and comply with NCAA Division II, conference and University rules and regulations.

Job Requirements:

1. Detail oriented

2. Oral and written communication skills

3. Able to multi task

4. Effectively prioritize work in fast paced environment

5. Available to work and travel nights and weekends.

Required Certifications/Licensures:

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent

Major (if required):

Required Experience:

1 year of assisting high school or collegiate team
