Preferred Qualifications - Two (2) years of post-secondary education with two (2) years of ticket operations experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience - Professional experience in a university setting with familiarity of athletics operations - Experience with Paciolan ticketing software (Pac7, SB Client, Salesforce, CRM, PacMail, eQuery Reporting, etc.) - Sales and/or marketing experience - Demonstrated understanding of common fiscal duties

Compensation Title: Program Coordinator II
Bargaining Unit: FOCUS-MFPE
Work Schedule: Full-time, 1.0 FTE (40 Hours a week), Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and events, 12 months/year
Probationary Period: Six (6) months minimum
