· Lead a designated ticketed sport in all aspects, from season setup, ticket allocation, and event preparation.
· Provide game day support for designated ticketed sport, and lead students/part time workers in exemplary customer service

| Position Summary |
A Ticket Office Intern’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing customer service via phone, mail and walk-up; conducting inbound sales and service calls; processing orders and mailings through Paciolan ticketing software; printing tickets; assisting service and retention efforts; assisting with ticket reconciliations; data entry; supervising and leading student workforce; and assisting managers/directors with other duties when necessary. Additional responsibilities will include assisting and leading in game day operations and management for football, men’s and women’s basketball, gymnastics, baseball, and, at times, post season events.
