Position Title:
Ticket Operations & Service Coordinator
Job Description:
Mount St. Mary’s University Athletics is seeking an organized and motivated individual to serve as the lead for Ticket Operations at the Mount. The individual will serve a vital role in enhancing the daily operations of ticketing and game day sales for Mount Athletics, supporting revenue generation, fan engagement, and operational excellence across all ticketed sports. The position reports directly to the Associate Director of Marketing and Fan Development.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead manager of the department’s ticketing system (Home Town Ticketing)
Supervise student ticket office staff during events and office hours
Coordinate ticket sales and comp list operations for athletic events and campus programs
Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the public
Assist in marketing and promotion efforts to increase attendance at events
Help develop and implement ticketing policies and procedures
Oversight and management of the usher staff at men’s and women’s basketball games, including payment and assignments during games

Prepare event reports and attendance summaries
Draft and send email communications to ticket holders and the fan base with ticketing updates, game day reminders, promotions, and special announcements
Coordinate email campaigns in collaboration with the Athletics Marketing team to drive ticket sales and fan engagement
Manage customer service inquiries via email and phone regarding ticketing, seating, and policies
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
