This position will work under the direction of the Assistant Athletic Director, Ticket Sales & Operations. General responsibilities include:

• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the Athletics Ticket Office.
• Manage incoming calls and email inquiries to the Athletics Ticket Office; maintain log of all incoming voice mail messages and respond in a timely manner.
• Process ticket orders using Ticketmaster Archtics.
• Assist with keeping attendance and sales records for all ticketed sports up to date.
• Supervise ticket operations, including part-time ticket sellers, for select GW Athletics events.
• Collaborate with other external units of the Athletic Department (Marketing, Development, Facilities).
• Sell tickets to those walking up to purchase GW athletic event tickets using GW’s ticketing platform (Ticketmaster).
• Distribute student-athlete guest tickets in accordance with University, A-10, and NCAA policies.
