The Utility Coach serves on the Management Team in the Department of Athletics and contributes to the following guiding principles:

The successful candidate should be detail-oriented and possess:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of college coaching experience required.
- Master's degree and 4 years of college coaching experience preferred.  
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of college coaching experience.
- Must be certified as an NCAA strength and conditioning coach.
- Must obtain a CDL within six months of hire.
- Demonstrates high personal and professional standards, fostering a work environment based on trust, respect, and dignity.
- Practices sound work habits as they relate to internal control responsibilities.
- Knowledge of and compliance with NCAA Rules and Regulations, including attending NCAA Rules Seminars and completing all necessary NCAA forms in a timely manner.
- Must adhere to the Code of Ethics as set forth by Clark Atlanta University.  
Years of Management/Supervisor Experience:
- 3 years or more.
