Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Assist with ticket counter and inbound phone sales for Basketball, Soccer, Volleyball, Baseball and other special events using the Paciolan Ticketing System
Participate in Men’s Basketball game day operations by overseeing will call and conducting walk-up sales
Assist with reconciliation of event sales and help with reporting of revenue generation, event attendance and ticket-related donations
Serve as Box Office manager and supervise game day ticket operations for assigned sports
Build events, promo codes, group sales links and other ticketed items to sell on VCUAthletics.com

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
Acceptance into a VCU graduate program
Prior work experience in intercollegiate athletics
Strong customer service skills and organizational skills
Experience in cash handling
Valid driver’s license and vehicle to transport self and student workers to off-campus events
Evening and weekend hours required; 20-25 hours per week.
Salary Range: Scholarship varies
There are two (2) open positions within Ticket Operations. This graduate assistant position for 2026-27 will be open until filled, and review of applications will begin immediately.
