The Basketball Program Operations Coordinator will provide full-time temporary support to the Albany State University Women's Basketball program during the 2025¿2026 interim period. This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of administrative, logistical, and operational tasks that support the team's day-to-day functions and compliance with institutional and NCAA policies.

Coordinate team travel logistics, including transportation, lodging, and meals.
Assist with practice and competition scheduling, facility reservations, and event setup.
Manage purchasing and reimbursement processes, including receipts and tracking expenses.
Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance, academic support, and student-athlete services.
Liaise with campus offices (e.g., athletics, business, registrar, and student services) to ensure timely communication and task completion.
Maintain organized records, both digital and physical, for team operations and logistics.
Provide general administrative support as needed by the Interim Head Coach or Director of Athletics.
Associate's degree in sport management, business, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar platforms.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Work Schedule
Bachelor's degree in sport management, business, or a related field.
Prior experience working or interning in college athletics or team operations.
Familiarity with women's basketball or experience supporting a collegiate athletic program.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate logistics such as travel, scheduling, or purchasing.
Experience with administrative processes in a university setting.
