Position Summary:

The Women’s Soccer Head Coach is responsible for leading a program that has enjoyed a rich tradition in the RMAC and NCAA Division II including two NCAA National Championships in 2004 and 2006.  The coach will direct all phases of the Women’s Soccer program by establishing and maintaining a high standard of excellence, which includes recruiting academically qualified student-athletes, scheduling, scouting, conditioning, supervising the assistant coaching staff, managing the program budget, generating revenue, and other duties assigned.  In addition, the Head Coach is responsible for ensuring that all duties are executed in compliance with NCAA, RMAC and institutional regulations.  Metropolitan State University of Denver is an equal opportunity employer. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:   

 

  • Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of NCAA Division II Women’s Soccer program. 

  • Coordinate all activities in preparation for scheduled competition. 

  • Work with the Director of Athletics on the selection and scheduling of team contests.
