Sports Medicine Office Aid

DEPARTMENT INFORMATION:  

Assists with all office duties for a medical clinic servicing medical staff and student athletes

Job location:  RAC

Pay rate or range:  $9.00/hour

JOB PURPOSE:  

Assist with all office duties for a medical clinic; computer knowledge, knowledge of excel and word, operate scanner/printer/copier, and navigate various programs in the medic. JFNTMP

  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Works with filing, labeling, online filing, scanning, making copies, and other duties as assigned.

REMOTE WORK ELIGIBILITY: 

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education : Currently enrolled as a UW Student.  
Experience : Ability to file in alphabetical order and scan
Other requirements: Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:  

• Flexibility in moving from task to task quickly
• Ability to navigate software programs.
• Ability to work in a team setting

EDUCATIONAL BENEFITS APPLICABLE TO CAREERS:

• Learn medical terminology.
• Learn how a medical clinic operates.
