| | Minimum Requirements |
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from a regionally accredited institution. Position requires travel during the week and weekends. Knowledge of NCAA, Big South, and Colonial Athletic Association rules/regulations. Candidate must demonstrate understanding of football operations. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner with all departments of the College, Trustees, and external constituents. Experienced with office management procedures; be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience in a college or university environment required.
